Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Prialon. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Definitions
Creator: a Prialon user who publishes an app. Subscriber: a Prialon user who subscribes to an app. Workspace: the unit a creator owns. App: an AI mini-app defined by a Blueprint. AI Balance: USD pre-paid credit a workspace uses to run production executions.
Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended.
Billing
Platform subscription is billed monthly or annually. AI Balance is pre-paid in USD; saldo nunca negativo (we refuse to run a production execution if your balance cannot cover the worst-case cost). Refunds for AI Balance are available pro-rata for unused balance, on request to support, less Stripe fees.
Creator obligations
You warrant that your apps comply with applicable law in the jurisdictions you serve, that you hold rights to any prompts and assets you upload, and that you do not use Prialon for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes. We may suspend apps that violate this section.
Subscriber obligations
When you subscribe to an app published by a creator, that creator is your direct service provider for the app's content. Prialon is the technical operator. Disputes about app content (factual accuracy, fitness for purpose) are between you and the creator.
Intellectual property
Creators retain ownership of their Blueprints, system prompts, and brand assets. Subscribers retain ownership of their inputs and the AI-generated outputs they receive (subject to AI provider terms). Prialon retains ownership of the platform, runtime, and brand.
AI provider terms
Outputs are generated by third-party models (Gemini in MVP). We do not warrant accuracy. Do not use Prialon for advice that requires a licensed professional (medical, legal, financial) without verification.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from /account/delete (30-day grace). We may terminate accounts for repeated abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Prialon is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, except where consumer law grants you a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
